Starting with a luxurious monaka (wafer cake) filled with Wagyu beef and sea urchin, the meal progresses through a series of dishes showcasing the flavors of the sea and land: chilled Kurobuta pork shabu-shabu salad, a three-kind assortment of fresh fish delivered directly from Toyosu Market, grilled Kitakari potatoes and scallops with squid guts, and avocado and sakura shrimp in a kelp rice cracker broth.For the main course, we'll have Japanese Black Wagyu beef shabu-shabu.You can upgrade to Matsusaka beef for an additional ¥1,500 upon request.To finish, we offer fragrant soba noodles and flavorful clam and daikon radish stew to tide you over.
